Antechamber. Last updated October 1, 2026.
Write to us at [email protected]. It helps to say which phone you have, whether you got the app from the App Store or Google Play, and what you were doing when something went wrong.
There is no account to sign in to, so there is nothing for us to look up — the details you send are the whole of what we know.
To cancel a subscription, open Antechamber and go to Settings → Your subscription → Manage or cancel, which opens your store's own page. You can also cancel there directly: on iPhone, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date, or that renewal will be taken.
On a new phone, or after reinstalling, premium access comes back from the store account that bought it. Tap anything that asks for the full version — the Celtic Cross, for example — and choose Restore purchases at the bottom of the price screen. A purchase made on an iPhone does not carry to Android, and one made on Android does not carry to an iPhone.
Refunds go through the store that took the payment — Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google Play under its refund policy. If something has gone wrong, write to us as well; we would rather know.
Readings you keep in the Reliquary live on your phone only. We never hold a copy, so uninstalling the app deletes them, and they do not move to a new phone. Take a screenshot or share the picture of any reading you want to keep for good.
Antechamber is made to be heard on headphones. If you hear nothing, check your phone's volume first — the voice plays even with an iPhone's silent switch on. The background sound has its own level, including Off, in Settings → The room.
Antechamber is for entertainment. A reading describes a theme or a question worth sitting with; it does not predict anything and it is not advice of any kind. If you are in distress, please speak to someone qualified to help, and if you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
