Support

Evenbell. Last updated 2 October 2026.

Write to us at [email protected]. It helps to say which phone you have, whether you got Evenbell from the App Store or Google Play, and what you were doing when something went wrong. If it is about your account, write from the address you signed in with, so that we can tell which account is yours.

Your subscription

To cancel, use the store you bought through: on an iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date, or that renewal will be taken. Deleting your Evenbell account does not cancel a subscription.

On a new phone, or after reinstalling, your subscription is attached to your account: open Evenbell, go to Settings → Your account → Sign in, and sign in the same way you did before. If the library still looks closed, open any practice marked Subscribers and tap Restore a purchase at the bottom of the purchase screen.

Refunds go through the store that took the payment — Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google Play under its refund policy. If something has gone wrong, write to us as well; we would rather know.

Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Your account → Delete my account. It deletes your account and everything attached to it, at once. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm first. Without the app, use this page. Your birth details and your chart were never sent to us; they live on your phone and go when you uninstall Evenbell.

The sound

If you hear nothing, check your phone's volume first — the voice plays even with an iPhone's silent switch on. The background sound has its own level in Settings → Sound. Practices keep playing with the screen locked.

Notifications

Evenbell only ever tells you when new practices arrive. They are off until you turn them on in Settings → Notifications, and you can turn them off there or in your phone's settings.

What Evenbell is

Evenbell is guided meditation and astrology. It is not medical care, and nothing in it is advice of any kind. If you are in distress, please speak to someone qualified to help, and if you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
